Successful expert forum presents new sales perspectives

Around 70 guests attended the fully booked sales management expert forum in Walldorf. Last Thursday’s exclusive event, titled “Selling More Efficiently Anywhere”, was organized by the consultancy firm Sybit together with SAP SE.

Sales and solution experts used informative examples, ranging from prospects to loyal customers, to demonstrate successful sales processes. The audience showed particular interest in Reno Staschinski’s customer presentation “Single Point of Truth in CRM” about the SAP hybris cloud for customer introduction with Sybit. Reno is Managing Director of Cideon Software. “I absolutely loved this event. Sybit gave us real expert information on the technological prerequisites for an interdisciplinary sales process. My personal highlight was the holistic view of the entire customer journey, which was very clearly illustrated with practical examples.” These are the impressions of Bernd Baldauf, Head of E-Business at Krones AG. Current issues were at the center of the event, which offered a well-rounded program that included topics such as sales 4.0, customer engagement, as well as live demonstrations and an exclusive preview of future SAP developments.
