Dealer shops with SAP E-Commerce

E-business for dealers

To be a cut above the competition, you have to be quick and good. To be able to do that trading partners need to be integrated into the sales process of the manufacturing company, for example, with the aid of a webshop. Dealers can quickly draw up quotations themselves at any time via the webshop and have them released by the manufacturer. They can configure complex products accurately even without a technical background and determine their price - irrespective of whether the price structure is geared to the individual customer, dependent on the stock exchange, or fixed.

B2B Webshops by Sybit

Sybit dealer shops are based on SAP e-commerce and are adapted and supplemented according to your individual requirements. For example, by our tried and tested Sybit AddOns, developed in numerous customer projects.

A suitable solution is, therefore, offered for every requirement - and in addition:

  • Appealing layout and design with individual user guidance
  • Complex pricing with customer-specific and publicly-quoted prices
  • Current information on availability in the product catalogue
  • User-friendly configuration with validation of the selected characteristics
  • Ordering process

Complex pricing

The shop accesses the prices maintained in the SAP backend system and the pricing implemented there. Even complex price structures can, therefore, be easily displayed via the shop (e.g. publicly-quoted metal prices).

Current information on availability in the product catalogue

As the shop accesses the data in the SAP system directly, stocks and availability information shown is always up-to-date - either as tangible stock data, or in the form of traffic lights to show different availability statuses.

Ordering process

As an incoming order is entered directly into the SAP system via the shop, the corresponding data can be easily checked. For example, it can be matched whether the material numbers entered are up-to-date, or have to be replaced by new ones.

Ordered products can be reserved in the SAP system. The time to delivery can thus be shortened for the dealer. For the manufacturer on the other hand, the costs involved in purchase order creation are minimized, as the dealer can carry out routine activities in the shop himself - and that round the clock.
