Voith AG commissions Sybit
Sybit and Voith AG have concluded a basic contract for consulting and development services in the SAP CRM field.
Voith operates in paper, energy, mobility and service markets. It has 37,000 employees, a turnover of 4 billion euros and over 270 locations worldwide and is one of the largest family-owned enterprises in Europe. The company introduced SAP's CRM solution in the sales division at Voith Paper a short time ago. As from now, Sybit will be supporting the current project and will also be implementing SAP CRM in the service departments of all Voith Paper divisions. It is intended to carry out various service processes, e.g. mill service or spare part sales via the new CRM system in future. In further project phases, optimisation and enhancement of the system is scheduled. The first international rollout is due to take place in autumn 2009. In addition, Sybit is supporting the team of developers in CRM WebUI Development.
