Sybit Expands NEO Mobile Suite Portfolio
Sybit has included the NEO Mobile Suite in its portfolio, as a new partner in the Neo Business Partners GmbH. Therefore the IT consulting company can offer its customers mobile SAP integrated service solutions in the future.
NEO Mobile Suite is an innovative Mobile Service Solution on the basis of SAP NetWeaver Mobile and the SYBASE Unwired Platform (SUP) for the machine and equipment construction industries. Customer service and maintenance processes from the SAP ERP modules CS, PM and IS-U, as well as the SAP CRM system are available offline from the NEO Mobile Suite on smart phones or notebooks. The synchronization with the SAP back-end takes place in the background so that no manual synchronization is required.
