Hot off the press offers at manroland

manroland has a very complex product range. Some of its sales offices cannot access the SAP R/3 system, which accounted for the R/3 configurator VC not been used up to now in sales. As a result, there were occasions when it was not possible to technically realize machines offered to, or commissioned by, the customer. The solution: sales offices without R/3 access use SAP e-commerce and SAP IPC to create and record their configurations. For sales offices with access to R/3, the IPC web user interface was integrated into the R/3 system, enabling all users to find a uniform configuration interface.
