LLVS control system for production and fully automated warehouse

LLVS is a modern, Java based software solution for controlling and managing PLC-based production lines (e. g. assembly and paint lines in the car industry), and automated warehouses. The features of the solution are a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to the process environment. As a redundantly designed high-availability solution, the high demands of system stability are met. Detailed plant visualization, as well as components for supporting the control system and maintenance, provides the necessary information to enable quick and effective reactions to any disruptions in production lines.

Mobile maintenance with the Wireless Production Management System WPMS

As a mobile handheld solution, WPMS Maintenance and Management provides support in monitoring production units. WPMS reports disturbances and shows production figures from various data sources. In addition, it enables operative intervention in plant processes. Location-based information processing enables equipment to be operated depending on the user's location. WPMS is based on Wireless LAN and Web technologies. Graphic user interfaces enable straightforward operation.

Java communication framework BizConnect

BizConnect is a communication framework for connecting devices and control units to Java based information and control systems. Any number of protocols and interfaces (e.g. TCP/IP sockets, RS232 or interfaces for PLC) can be configured by simple parameterisation via XML or Property configuration files. Queuing mechanisms for buffering messages prevent message overflow. Parameters for defined waiting times between messages can be configured, enabling simple connection of machines, equipment and devices to Java based applications.
