Mail with the same place of destination is combined for transport in containers or palettes. This manual work is prone to errors and quality assurance is very costly. In order to organize the process efficiently, two individual stages are necessary: linking mail and its destination, as well as a final check on the loaded containers. The mail is provided with RFID tags which makes it possible to identify it without being touched.
Each RFID tag is scanned by a handheld scanner equipped with Sybit software and linked to its destination. The link is transferred to a JEE server and processed there. Later, the mail is placed in the container.
Before the containers are sent, quality control takes place. All RFID tags in the container are scanned. Should any mail with the wrong delivery destination be found, this will be displayed. The mail can then be quickly located in the container with a mobile device equipped with an RFID scanner and transferred.
