National Software Rollouts in Mail Sorting Centres

The integrators in the post offices of the world's largest postal service were faced with a widely different range of software installations. The computers had to be set up manually to a large extent one after the other. In the most unfavourable case, this procedure lasted days in which the post offices were unproductive. In addition, this procedure was extremely error-prone, as each step had to be carried out manually.

Now, the installation of a large site with around 600 computers can be completed within four hours. The integrator is led through the entire installation process by the RC Installer. The manual steps are reduced to a minimum which virtually eliminates sources of error.
